Mass production? It’s not the way we approach our products. (But, sadly, you can tell our competitor products are often turned out this way.)

Maybe it comes from our people relationships and our heritage in Indonesia. Island Stone was founded in Bali, some 14 years ago, where we originated the mesh-backed pebble tile. We aim to be respected members of the community there. Since our beginnings, we’ve established a standard of quality in our products that remains unmatched. Each of our pebble tiles is painstakingly created by hand, pebble by pebble, with an absolute focus on maintaining our visual and technical superiority.

And we still like to do things as well as we possibly can.
