Unlike many of our competitors sourcing tiles in often far away countries, we care for our local people. It starts with our history. It runs through our community relationships. And it's a fact of life because we own our own factories.

Island Stone is a substantial employer in Java, Bali and our other facilities in Indonesia.

We take this responsibility seriously.

We place high emphasis on maintaining superior employment policies and working conditions. Our employee remuneration is significantly above required or normative levels, and we have little or no loss of personnel for alternative employment. It's an area of investment matched by few if any entrepreneurial or competing companies in our sector.

You might only ever meet a few of our people. But wherever in the world we are, and whatever the role, we're an integrated international team.
